Meet the Team

  • Brandi Kornacki is a Registered Physiotherapist from the Masters of Physiotherapy program at the University of Sydney, Australia, in 2011, after earning a Kinesiology and Health Sciences Honours degree at York University, 2009.

    Her skills and expertise is in treating various musculoskeletal injuries using combinations of functional strength training, manual therapy, functional dry needling and myofascial release techniques.

    Brandi is a passionate physiotherapist with a deep commitment to promoting wellness and facilitating the journey to recovery. Since recently becoming a mother, her personal and professional worlds beautifully collide, adding an extra layer of empathy and understanding to her practice. Navigating the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum recovery has not only enriched her personal life but has also deepened her appreciation for the resilience of the human body. Through this journey, she's gained insights to bring to her physiotherapy practice, understanding the unique needs and concerns of fellow mothers.

    Brandi's approach to physiotherapy is holistic, combining evidence-based practices with personalized care. She is here not only to treat injuries and ailments but to empower individuals to regain control of their bodies and lives. Through tailored exercises, education, and a touch of farm-fresh inspiration, her aim is to make each session a step toward renewed vitality. She will create personalized rehabilitation plans that empower individuals to regain strength, mobility, and overall well-being.   • Chris embarked on his journey as a personal trainer in 2007, delving deeply into the craft by specializing in comprehensive assessment, personalized program design, meticulous exercise selection, and expert technique coaching tailored for diverse fitness goals. His forte lies in aiding clients with acute or chronic injuries, guiding them toward optimal performance and recovery.

    With a robust track record, Chris assumed the pivotal role of Director of Dynamic Functional Training for five impactful years at Sports Medicine Specialists, a flagship sports medicine clinic in Toronto, Canada. Further demonstrating his leadership and expertise, he held the esteemed position of Clinic Director at Totum/Medisys, overseeing a private training studio and sports medicine clinic located in the heart of Toronto's Bay & Adelaide area.

    His clientele have ranged from members of the National Ballet of Canada, Skate Canada, police officers, firefighters, & mixed martial artists to executives from big 5 banks, law firms and telecommunication companies as well as post-surgical patients and senior citizens.

Eloise Goh - Personal Trainer

Elle is a results-driven Personal Training Specialist with a decade of experience helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Her expertise spans lean body coaching, biomechanical assessments, injury prevention, low back pain management, and sports nutrition—all with a focus on longevity and resilience.

She understands that true wellness is multifaceted and collaborates seamlessly with doctors, chiropractors, RMTs, nutritionists, and therapists to build comprehensive, science-backed wellness plans tailored to each individual.

Gill Wortley - Yoga Instructor

Gillian Wortley is a wellness educator and certified yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals in cultivating balance, strength, resilience, and well-being. Her work integrates movement, mindfulness, and music to offer practical, accessible strategies for everyday wellness.

Gillian holds a Master of Arts in Education from OISE, University of Toronto where she researched the connections between mindfulness and the development of self-regulation. She is an Ontario Certified Teacher and brings over 25 years of classroom experience across the UK and Ontario school systems, where she developed a deep understanding of how people learn, cope, and thrive. She has presented at conferences to health care professional and educators across the province.

Her Initial yoga teacher training was in the UK, certifying in Hatha yoga. In addition, Gillian also has completed a 200-hour teacher training immersion in Anusara yoga and is currently exploring the fundamentals of viniyoga. She continues to evolve a responsive, individualized approach to practice.

In addition to her teaching, Gillian is the CERTIFY Lead with Music Care by Room 217, supporting individuals and organizations in using music as a tool for health and well-being. Across all of her work, she is passionate about helping people build resilience, strength and connect to their own wellbeing in a sustainable and holistic way.
